Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
If AWARE7 GmbH processes personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement (DPA) under Art. 28 GDPR is required. Complete the form below; you will then receive a signed copy by email. English on the left, German on the right.

On 28 May 2026, AWARE7 GmbH committed itself to the officially approved code of conduct Trusted Data Processor (Art. 40 GDPR). The monitoring body is DSZ Datenschutz Zertifizierungsgesellschaft mbH (Art. 41 GDPR). This demonstrates the sufficient guarantees under Art. 28(5) GDPR on which this DPA is based.
